As consultant designers with Atelier Markgraph in Frankfurt, a six month conception project for the development of a new interactive science centre for the Daimler-Benz Group. Our main role was the development of interactive exhibitry of all kinds.
Daimler Benz commissioned Atelier Markgraph with the conception of this Forum to promote a dialogue with the public on issues of mobility in the future. The centre should display future technologies currently being explored by the company, and get feedback on these ideas, as well as a "wish list" from the public.
Chris Boyle was one of five who formed the conception team working on the five chosen thematic areas Energy, New Materials, Perception, Mobility and Global Visions. Although the conception for this project was completed, due to changes in the top management of Daimler Benz, the project was unfortunately never realised.
