Concepts Plus worked with Frank Reinecke and with the SAP team on conception for the "Sapphire 2000" in Berlin; the SAP AG conference for employees and partner companies from around the world.
We worked on the communication concept for the opening ceremony of the conference and on the development of that concept for the meetings and the exhibition areas. A number of elements resulted from this work, from a cartoon for internet distribution to furniture for internet-surfing spread throughout the conference rooms. The "Information furniture" for the conference formed a suite which was to allow easy orientation for visitors. Not only the "Net-Lounges" but also information desks, signage elements and computer information kiosks were part of the system.
