CBT is coming! Mercedes Benz is investing in methods of assisting the training of dealership personnel (both sales and service), including the use of Computer Based Training for the introduction of new models.
Concepts Plus, acting as a sub-contractor to Feldmann Film in Nuremberg, developed this CD-ROM aimed at introducing and explaining the new training technology. We were responsible for all phases of the project including conception, screen design and programming.
The program uses the metaphor of "driving" in order to navigate between the different subject areas, or "stations". The CD was planned in six languages for world-wide distribution.
